We welcome our guest speaker, Lorna Hofrogge, who will provide an overview of the Hospice philosophy, eligibility criteria, & services.

 She has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Augsburg University and is licensed at the clinical level. She has worked in hospice for 14 years in a variety of roles. She is passionate about learning who people are, what matters most to them, & supporting them & their families through end of life.
