The Chorus that DUUC members Kathy Grindeland and Church McKown belong to is having their annual benefit concert February 8 and 9 at 4 PM at Central Presbyterian Church in St. Paul.
This year the beneficiary is Express Bike Shop, a social enterprise of Keystone Community Services, which is a full-service bike shop specializing in refurbished bicycles and a nonprofit youth employment program – all rolled into one. As a youth apprentice, teens learn and help operate all areas of the shop. For most, it’s their first real job and helps them build key entrepreneurial and work skills needed for future success.
Kathy and Chuck have $15 tickets available ($20 at the door).
